We are pleased to embark on a new partnership with SeaDream Yacht Club and as we start planning the fabulous itineraries and a future cricket cruise, Richard Nurse our Senior Tours Consultant and Cruise Specialists looks back at his time on the luxurious SeaDream Yachts and what you can expect from your time on board.
Amidst all the doom and gloom that has been the last 12 months, I finally see a light at the end of this long tunnel, and that is the England Cricket Tour to the Caribbean in January & March 2022.
One of the exciting options is possibly going to be a cruise aboard a SeaDream Yacht taking in a few T20’s on the way.
I say exciting because, over the years, I have had the privilege of sailing on SeaDream Yachts on more than a few occasions and the great memories are still very much alive.
Whether it's sailing in the BVI and anchoring off a restaurant and bar called the "Soggy Dollar", so called as one has to put your dollars into your swim shorts or swimsuit and swim into the shore! Or sitting on the aft deck with a refreshment in hand and watching the beautiful sunset in St. Bart's.
Or having a fun game of beach cricket and a beach BBQ on the island of Mayreau, with an appetizer of champagne and caviar in the surf. On an island in the Tobago Quays, enjoy having a fresh lobster cooked for you by the locals.
Not to mention Barbados, Antigua, and Petit St. Vincent, each with their own unique charm.
These are just a few of the special moments that I remember from sailing on SeaDream Yachts!
The consistently excellent service and quality of the cuisine surpass the expectations of even the most discerning traveller.
The venues for the West Indies V England Series should be released shortly, and we will be planning a SeaDream Cricket Cruise to celebrate our new partnership with Sea Dream Yachts.
As I write this, I'm thinking how great it would be to relive some of these memories, enjoy some new experiences and to be able to share them with you!
