Stay a few days either side of the race for some time wandering down Las Ramblas, lounging on the beach or seeing cultural highlights such as Sagrada Familia. May is a great time to travel to Southern Spain, with temperatures securely in the 20s and plenty of sunshine. What's more, with the crowds of summertime yet to descend, you'll have that bit more space to explore. Black Opal have plenty of contacts with hotels and resorts along the Spanish coast, so if you'd like to extend your time and enjoy a beach holiday, simply ask!
