Fly from your chosen airport to Dublin. 

Flights are not included, but should you wish for us to offer options please let your Black Opal Consultant know. Alternatively, should you wish to arrange your own flights please advise us once booked so we have details on record. 

On arrival in Dublin make your way to the airport taxi rank outside of the arrivals area. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will be approximately €21. Should you prefer Black Opal to arrange a private transfer, this can be arranged for additional cost. 

Spend 6-Nights at The Grand Hotel, Malahide in an Executive Sea View Room including breakfast.

1st T20I – Ireland vs England at Malahide Cricket Club

The cricket ground is located a pleasant stroll of approximately 10-minutes from the hotel. You are invited to make your own way to the ground for the start of play. 

This morning you are invited to explore Malahide Castle with a local guide. This magnificent medieval castle with a dramatic 800-year heritage is set on 250 acres of parkland. During your tour discover the beautiful collection of period furniture, unique items from the Talbot’s private collection and artworks on loan from the National Gallery of Ireland. 

This evening join your fellow travellers and Black Opal hosts for dinner at Old Street Restaurant. This modern neighbourhood eatery housed in two lovingly restored old cottages is in the heart of the village. It offers a comfortable and casual dining experience with a focus on contemporary Irish dishes showcasing seasonal ingredients from local producers.

2nd T20I – Ireland vs England at Malahide Cricket Club

Following close of play you are welcome to join us at Gibney's Of Malahide, a quintessential Irish pub, for light snacks in our private area on the roof terrace. 

The rest of the evening is at leisure to explore the many cafes, restaurants and bars of Malahide. 

Today enjoy a full day visiting the vibrant city of Dublin. 

Our first stop will be Guiness Storehouse, the home of Guinness. Here we will enjoy a bespoke Brewery Tour including exclusive access to ‘behind the scenes’ of St James’s Gate. Walk through the famous underground tunnels from the 1800s and visit Brewhouse 4, the largest production site of Guinness in the world! A beer teaching class and of course, a guided tour of the Storehouse concluding with a Guinness overlooking Dublin's skyline at the Gravity bar.

Following our tour, we will make our way to a local restaurant for a spot of lunch. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure to enjoy Dublin. The coach will return to the hotel at a specified time, or you can choose to remain in the city and make your own way back at leisure. 

3rd T20I – Ireland vs England at Malahide Cricket Club

Following the final T20I, you are once again invited to join your fellow travellers and hosts for a lite bite at Gibney's, this time enjoying the ambiance of the private wine room. A perfect opportunity to reflect on the tour and hopefully toast England's victory in the series! 

Today, shared transfers will be arranged to Dublin Airport in time for your departure flight. 

Ticket Information
Ticket prices are not included in the above tour price. We are delighted to offer the following options. At the time of booking, please advise of your preferred option. 

General Admission - £30 per person per match
This option offers access to the ground and unreserved seating. Seating will be in temporary Grandstands and there will be no cover. 

Hospitality - £300 per person per match
This is our recommended option as you will have access to a covered area in the event of changeable weather. The facility is located behind the bowlers arm and your ticket will also grant you access to the whole ground.
