A contemporary state of the art villa set on the slopes above the trendy suburb of Camps Bay with awe inspiring views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean.
Two ensuite bedrooms are situated on the upper level – the master suite which has stunning sea views whilst the second bedroom is cocooned by a small courtyard shaded by an olive tree. Downstairs is the ensuite third bedroom which too has spectacular sea views.
As you enter the villa you will be greeted by signature pieces of art, refined furnishings and décor dominated by marble, copper and plenty of glass all of which certainly do not detract from the sensational views of Bali Bay. The open plan kitchen, dining area and living room lead onto a narrow glass fronted terrace.
Downstairs is the lavish entertainment space – a discreet open gas fireplace divides the two areas. To one side is a six seater built in bar with a speckled gold and black countertop, whilst to the other is a lounge area with sumptuous sofas and large flat screen television. Glass sliding doors lead to the swimming pool which is surrounded by a terraced deck with ample seating areas.
The villa is serviced daily from Monday to Saturday by the friendly, reliable and welcoming housekeeper Thandi. Before you depart the Black Opal Team will be happy to make recommendations for restaurants, bars and cafés, many of which are in Camps Bay – a short 5-minute walk from the villa.
