On the South West coast of Ibiza, Villa Coco is a stunning modern, villa boasting a prime sea facing location with breath-taking views of the glistening Mediterranean Sea.
Situated in the affluent residential suburb of Vista Alegre, Villa Coco is a stone’s throw from Ibiza’s vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches.
The first floor of this magnificent villa features an open plan living room, with stunning sea views, leading onto a large terrace with plenty of space to chill out. There is also an open plan kitchen area, with breakfast bar for four and a dining table for up to eight. The ground floor comprises a small kitchenette and further indoor dining area for up to 10 as well as a cinema room complete with a large screen television with blue ray player and Sky satellite system.
All five bedrooms are air conditioned and feature ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet. The bedrooms offer a choice of a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two bedrooms with double beds and one with twin beds. The fifth bedroom located on the first floor has a double sofa bed. Four of the bedrooms have full seaviews.
The beautifully presented gardens offer plenty of space for guests to unwind relax - the main terrace area has a split level pool, with the upper level ideal for children. There is a further 7 x 2 meter swimming pool, surrounded by a patio furnished with sunbeds. A built in barbeque with adjacent al fresco dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy the lovely warm Ibiza evenings.
Your villa will be serviced weekdays for 4-hours with linen and towels changed weekly. The Black Opal Team in conjunction with our representatives on the island are happy to offer a pre-arrival booking service, and you will then be met by your island host on your arrival on the island.
