Step through the gated entrance and doorway into the hall, with two steps leading down to the open plan living and dining space, with immaculate white walls, splashed with colour from the modern prints and stylish furniture. The comfortable lounge area also has a corner wood burner, for cosy nights inside during the cooler months. From the dining area, there is a modern fully equipped corner kitchen, with windows to the pool and side of the property. The villa has wi-fi and is air-conditioned throughout for your comfort.
Step straight from the lounge onto the terrace, where you’ll find the private swimming pool, 9 metres in length, as well as loungers, barbeque and outside dining area, making this a wonderful spot for relaxing and al fresco meals. As the villa is south west facing, the garden and pool catch the sun until late in the evening, so you can make the most of the balmy Mallorcan weather.
Inside, up the curving staircase with its wrought iron bannister, there are three en suite bedrooms, two twin rooms have a shower, whilst the master double room has a bathtub. Each also has doors leading onto a lovely shared furnished terrace, overlooking the pool.
With some great activities locally, including sailing and walking, as well as the bars, restaurants and bustle of Cala d’Or, this well-equipped villa is a wonderful base to explore the surrounding region, or simply relax and enjoy the sunshine.
