Close to the beach and a short walk from the action of Alcudia, this stunning villa is spacious and stylish – a perfect option for family or friends holidaying together.
You’ll be impressed by this gated residence, as you walk through the double doors into a beautiful open plan living area, with its grand pillars, wood and tiled floors, plus huge windows which add to the sense of space. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen with dining area, as well as a separate dining room overlooking the pool. In the open lounge there is also an additional circular table and chairs for four, which is great as an area to play cards or games. On the first floor is another shared space, a conservatory style living room, with views over Alcudia.
The accommodation is light and airy, with crisp white linens, stylish furnishings with natural hues and wooden floors. Bedrooms are also air-conditioned for guests’ comfort. Downstairs is a double bedroom and a separate shower room, with four more guest rooms on the first floor, three twins, one spacious double en suite with a large oval tub. There are two further shared shower rooms, all beautifully designed with similar cream and beige tiles.
Outside, you will find the unique swimming pool, submerged in a tiled patio and surrounded by sun beds, with steps for easy access. To the side of the house is a cosy outdoor sofa, shaded by sails, which is a peaceful corner spot, whilst across to the other side of the pool is the impressive brick covered barbeque area and indoor grill room with two double doors. This is a perfect place to enjoy poolside dining at the end of a beautiful Mallorcan day.
